of music, or dress.

The Change Yoga Studio teaches Vinyasa Yoga, born from Hatha Yoga.
What does that mean?
Hatha Yoga is a balanced, well rounded form of yoga which gets the body moving
in the direction towards health and vitality.
Vinyasa means to flow without obstruction.
In Vinyasa Yoga we move the body. This is not sit-and-chant Yoga. This is shake your booty, feel alive, have fun
