Vinyasa

A Traditional Definition of Vinyasa is: Synchronized
Movement & Breath through Asanas (Postures).
This is True.

A Poetic Definition of Vinyasa is: 
To Move Through Obstacles. 
I like poetry. 
Poetry  is everywhere 
in everyone.
Music   on the radio   in birdsong   
on the river
in the wind.

Did you see that!? You just moved through your own "obstacle" around poetry.
